1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The product received is defective
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, size, or design are natural and are not considered defects.

2. Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.
  • Proof such as clear photos or unboxing videos may be required for verification.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be intact

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any applicable in special cases) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

As we deal in handicraft items, minor imperfections, color differences due to lighting, and small variations in design are inherent characteristics of handmade products. These features enhance the uniqueness of each item and are not considered manufacturing defects.
